"Individual Job Search Supports"

A one on one support for employment maintenance or continued job search resources relevant to each individual identified from the needs determination.  The individualized employment counseling responds to the employment roadblocks and needs of people with multiple barriers, cognitive learning disabilities and/or FASD, which make it difficult for them to attach to a Return to Work Action Plan.
